Salary: $71,400 - 96,600 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non-U.S. equivalent directly related to the work.
• We require coursework and/or work experience in one or more of the following areas: aerodynamics, stability and control, structural dynamics, aeroelasticity, and/or finite element modeling (FEM).
• We value proficiency in a higher-level programming language or code such as C, Matlab, Python, or similar.
• We prefer experience with finite element analysis (FEA), vibration analysis, and/or multi-body dynamics (MBD).
• We prefer prior experience with external loads analysis for air vehicles.
• We prefer prior experience with ground and/or flight testing of air vehicles.
• We require candidates to meet our Conflict of Interest assessment process.
• We require the ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, including U.S. Person status.
• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, including interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start.
• We do not sponsor employment visa status for this role.
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• This role is contingent upon program award.

• We assist in developing air vehicle requirements.
• We create vehicle-level models for loads and dynamics analysis.
• We perform loads and dynamics assessments to support air vehicle design, including flight and ground simulations, flutter and divergence analysis, and noise and vibration evaluations.
• We help develop flight and ground test requirements and plans.
• We support ground and flight testing through pre-test analysis, real-time monitoring of test conditions, post-test data processing, and documentation of results.
• We support airworthiness activities with regulatory agencies and internal and external customers through correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
• We assist in developing the vehicle flight envelope and operational limits.
• We may travel occasionally to test sites and vendor offices.
