Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for client development and management in the international B2B market (including online and offline stores and organisations), and for meeting annual sales targets;
2. Manage overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with precision; formulate operational strategies and promotional plans; and be responsible for content creation, updates, posting and reputation management across all platforms;
3. Carry out tasks related to the establishment, operation and after-sales support of the brand’s independent website;
4. Monitor trending topics on major social media platforms both domestically and internationally, as well as international exhibitions and trends within the medical device industry; plan social media marketing campaigns based on these trends and industry developments to drive follower growth and engagement; drive traffic to the brand’s independent website via traditional and new media channels;
5. Possess a thorough understanding of the traffic distribution mechanisms and penalty systems of major overseas social media platforms;
6. Align with the company’s overall marketing strategy to carry out corresponding communication tasks on overseas social media;
7. Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, track customer information, understand customer needs, conduct commercial negotiations, finalise contracts, track orders and manage receivables;
8. Be responsible for the formation, training and day-to-day management of the marketing team.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or a related discipline;
2. Experience in field sales and cold canvassing; preference will be given to candidates with at least three years’ experience in the rehabilitation aids, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters for the elderly or high-end medical devices sectors; preference will also be given to those with experience in setting up and operating brand-owned websites; preference will be given to candidates with a large following on overseas social media or extensive KOC/KOL networks; Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building an overseas social media matrix and a track record of successful case studies;
3. Practical management experience in independently leading sales or marketing teams; preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of building a team from scratch or leading a team to double its performance;
4. Familiarity with the domestic and international rehabilitation assistive devices market landscape; preference will be given to candidates with access to overseas distributor networks or domestic resources within elderly care institutions and medical device distribution channels. Understanding of the advantages of carbon fibre materials in the consumer goods sector, and the ability to clearly communicate the product’s key value propositions to clients;
5. Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to independently lead overseas business negotiations. Proficient in the communication dynamics and operational techniques of overseas social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;
6.Applicants must currently be in China.
7. Honest and dedicated to the role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
