In this role, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand their options while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.

As a Remote Client Service Representative , you'll help clients understand their available benefits while building trusted, long-term relationships through outstanding service.
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and responsive service
Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions
Strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
Collaborate with a supportive remote team focused on shared success
